| Mary Ann holds a Degree in Fine Arts from
the Bucks County Community College and has completed an Independent
Study in Art Philosophy with a focus on Abstract Expressionism at
Vermont College of Norwich University. Mary Ann uses her surroundings
and combines them with her thoughts and feelings in creating her work.
She mosly utilizes acrylics, oils, and pastels in her pieces which
would be best classified as non-representational free form art. She
likes to characterize her work as "vibrant, colorful, and emotional."
Her paintings start out with a particular idea, only to result in
something very different. She believes that change in one's creation
is an inevitable result of the change that takes place in one's creative
spirit.
